How to Cope with Symptoms of a Spiritual Awakening

Going through a spiritual awakening is a hard thing sometimes and the symptoms of a spiritual awakening will make you wonder what is happening to you. Have you gone through any of these things?

  • Something has changed and you don’t know what?
  • Random aches and pains.
  • Highs and lows in your emotions.
  • Trouble sleeping.
  • Vivid dreams?
  • Synchronicities?
  • Very sensitive to media and other things?
  • Have a hard time fitting in with your friends.

There are ways that you can get through a spiritual awakening. Spiritual awakenings can be hard and when things begin to change it can be hard to understand what is going on. Maybe you are confused and wonder if you are losing your mind.

You aren’t losing your mind; you just have to realize what is happening so that you can move forward.

Discomfort

There are different symptoms that your body might go through such as:

  • Body aches and pains.
  • Headaches.
  • Flu symptoms.

You might realize that your health and nutrition is important, and these symptoms can come randomly, and you might wonder why you are getting sick.

Look at your symptoms and see if you are going through an awakening. Maybe you are getting energy from the universe and this is a powerful thing.

This energy can change the way that you feel, and it can make you have sensations from being hyper or being lethargic. You can start feeling the energy entering your soul and your body and you might feel that these symptoms are strong.

The energy that you are feeling is going to get rid of your negative energy which has to happen before you can do a real awakening.

Healing Energy

Listen to your body and your mind and take time to mediate. Learn to get rid of your aches and pains by spending time in meditation.

Toxins

Get rid of toxins in your life. Eat healthy foods and stop eating sugar for a while. There are some high vibrational foods that you can eat, and you can get healthy be reducing these things:

  • Processed foods.
  • Pesticides in foods.
  • Animal foods.
  • Sugar

Pay attention to your body and what you need.

Grounding

You need to be grounded when your energy is high and low. If you feel spacey then chances are that you need to be grounded in your body. Here is what you can do:

  • Imagine a golden light flowing through you from the head to the feet.
  • Send the light to your core.

You can boost the connection that you have with the earth by doing this. You can also go out in nature and walk through the woods or be barefoot in the grass to boost your energies.

Rest

You need to know when to take a break and relax. Learn to listen to your body and your intuition and pay attention to what your body needs. Get plenty of sleep and rest when you need to.

Sensitivities

When you are going through awakening your sensitivities might be stronger. This is one thing you will experiences.

When you are upgrading your energy and your vibrations you have to notice when you are feeling sick, fearful, or sensitive.

Pay attention to what you are feeling and do not let jealousy or fear, or bitterness fill you. Learn to let things go and learn to forgive and speak positively.

When you watch violence on the news or hear about death, do not be afraid or sad but learn to speak positive things.

Do not let fear from the news or other things get in your spirit. Do not listen to your friends that are always complaining but learn to be happy and to let negative things go.

Negativity will lower your vibrations and make you feel negative.

Cleanse Your Energy

When you have strong negative energy around you, you need to cleanse your energy field. You need to let go of experiences and sensitivities and increase your vibrations.

Clear the build up of negative energy each day so that you can feel better and more positive.

Here are some things you can do:

  • Imagine being in water or pure light.
  • Clear the energy around you.
  • Let go of negativity.
  • Take a deep breath and imagine golden light surrounding you.
  • Let the light go to your heart.
  • When the energy reaches your heart let it cleanse you.
  • Exhale as you let out the negative energies.
  • Do this as often as you need to.

Take in the new energy and let go of the old energies in your body.

Shielding

Even though you cleanse your energy, you still need to do what you can to keep the negative energies out. In order to do this, you need to imagine a shield surrounding you. This can be a colored shield in purple, green or white. Imagine the colors surrounding you to form a pattern.

Each time you cleanse your energy you need to put a shield up and keep it strong. This will be strong for a while, but you need to put it up when you meditate.

Dreams and Synchronicities

When you have your crown, chakra open it can allow you to get information from the spirit world. This information can come directly into your mind.

You might have wild dreams that are very intense or visions that come from the universe. If you have a dream, write it down so you can remember it.

Your senses will be on overload and you might get messages and symbols from everywhere. You might even have numbers that recurred such as 11:11 or 22:22 or 333, all of these are signs and symbols.

Journaling

It is important during your awakening that you write down whatever information you get. If you have a dream, write it down and if you get any information, write it down.

By journaling, you are able to pay more attention to what information you get and have time to reflect on it at a later time.

Emotions

When you are happy or sad and have extreme emotional changes, chances are you are opening up your senses to the spirit world. This happens a lot to people that are empaths.

If you cannot control your emotions, then you need to take time to relax and meditate. Do not let your negative emotions out and learn to keep yourself in check.

Letting Go

When your emotions come up and they are strong, and you know that you should not be feeling certain ways means that you need to let things go.

Allow yourself to feel your emotions and then let them leave you. You can do this by visualizing things such as:

  • Imaging in yourself in an open field.
  • Imagine being in a hot air balloon.
  • Seeing a truck come with boxes that are labeled with emotions you want to release.
  • Put the box in the hot air balloon and watch it float away.

You will feel lighter after you do this, and your life will be happy.

Relationships

One big thing that can happen during your awakening is that your relationships will change. You will attract energy in your life and when friends begin to fade out of your life, it can be confusing. You might feel like your friends are leaving you behind and alone.

You will have a desire to connect with people, but the truth is that this is normal, and the right people will come in your life.

Change

Learn to accept change in your life. Ask the spirit guides to change your life the way that it needs to change and to get out relationships that no longer benefit your goals or dreams. This will work and the universe will send you new people in your life.

You might not know what kind of changes you are going through but they will come, and you will learn to be happy and embrace them.

Stop resisting change and soon you will have new relationships that will be amazing for you. Going through the ascension is a great thing and you will survive and be stronger.
